Welcome! I’m Jordan Bower — leadership storytelling coach.
I work with founders and executives in small-to-mid-sized businesses; senior divisional/functional leaders in large enterprises; and entrepreneurs, thought leaders and aspiring individuals who want to improve the resonance and impact of communication.
My coaching practice focuses on leadership storytelling — the art and science of designing, refining and spreading “narratives”. This means, on one hand, developing and clarifying the messaging that leaders can use to communicate strategy, vision, objectives, goals, roles, and change to audiences/stakeholders, like colleagues, employees, stakeholders, customers, and investors. This also means, on the other hand, deepening your human-scale capacities to relate, connect, empathize, clarify, embody, lead and create — with the ultimate goal of improving your overall impact as both a human and a leader.
My professional work as a transformational consultant, public speaker, facilitator and storytelling coach as well as my own personal development journey have centered on the fundamental role that narrative plays in who we are as people — and the deeply rewarding process of rewriting our own stories, so we can not just do more, but be more in service of others.
